The National Telecommunications and Information Agency (NTIA) conducted a reportedly successful test at FCI Cumberland, MD (the current home of Bernard Kerik, former Police Commissioner of NYC–sorry, I can hardly contain my schadenfreude…), to jam prisoner’s contraband cell phones.
